I often get asked how long I have known my couples for, guests think I am friends because I will be dancing, joining in, having fun and making everyone feel relaxed (even a cheeky shot with you at the end of you day if appropriate!). This helps me to sneak in on all those spontaneous smiles, laughter, and little moments you probably didn't even notice. Whilst you may be full of excitement for your big day I also know your wedding day can feel like a whirlwind, and that’s why investing in a photographer who works relaxed and unobtrusive is worth every penny and I have three packages from £500 to suit everyone. I can also create bespoke packages if you are looking for something specific.

You don't just have me on the day either. As your wedding photographer I am with you along the way to ensure the day runs smoothly too, so I am happy to help with any questions you have, you just have to drop me a message!

It is important that we are a good fit, both in terms of photography and personality style! So I will book you in for a virtual chat or a phone to get to hear about your plans and you can interrogate me!

Leading up to your session I am always available to answer any questions, queries or worries. I would much rather you messaged me rather than worrying about anything.

You will also receive a booklet to help guide you with preparation and gives you an insight into what will happen on the day

4 weeks before you day I will send a questionnaire out and arrange to meet up to make a plan for your day and to reconnect.

The down low...

Before the day (steps 1&2)

What do you get before the big day?

Free wedding consultation - This is a fab way to get to know each other and to make sure we are a good fit!

I use this time to:

Find out about you as a couple, your journey and how you ended up here; getting married.
Hear about your vision for your day whether its a relaxed vibe, full on party or a more traditional feel
Figure out what your expectations are from you photographer; this is to make sure I am right for you!
Explain how I work and how I would fit into your day.
Let you know what you get with each package

You do not have to commit during this consultation; if I feel we are a good fit, I send a contract for you to look through and your date is pencilled into the diary. I give my couples 48 hours to read through the contract and ask any questions, and to pay the £500 retainer. After the 48 hours the date is available to other couples.

Free Pre-Wedding catch up- Around 4 weeks prior to your special day, I send a questionnaire for you to complete to get those final details. I will then book in an online catch up session to run through these plans and answer any questions you may have, and hopefully help you to feel more relaxed too!

What else do you get?

You will also have unlimited emails, calls, WhatsApp's, Facebook messaging, pigeon carrier- what ever I can to help you feel at ease! I am neurodivergent friendly; if you have children who are SEN I am more than happy to meet up around Weymouth/Dorchester so they can get to know my face. I also have a social story I can send which can be tailored to your wedding day so those children who are need a bit more reassurance can have a visual aid to support them.

On the day

I am so much more than your photographer! I am co-ordinator, babysitter, dog sitter, dress fluffer- basically an unofficial bridesmaid! I will help in what every way I can. Oh yeah and I'll take photos too! Also, it is part of my booking requirements that we have to have a celebratory drink and a boogie together after my time is up!

Do you need to feed me?

Most of my couples choose to feed me and it is very graciously received! Whilst it is not compulsory that I am fed, by doing so really does help on the day. It means that I stay close so if there are any impromptu moments I can spring in to action. This has happened when the Bride and Groom were surprised with Singer Waiters during the pudding, or guests playing fun drinking games. I have also completed golden hour photos in between courses too! It offers more flexibility on your day. If I am not fed, I may have to leave the venue to source some food which could impact availability to capture those candid moments. During the meal times I will of course take a break (no one wants photos stuffing their face with charcuterie!), I'll grab a drink, and freshen up so that I am ready to start the evening celebrations

After your big day (step 3)

How many photographs do I get?

All of the best! As a documentary photographer I take lots of photographs to capture those fleeting moments. Thousands to be precise. So I go through and hand choose the ones that tell the best story. Whilst I do not give set numbers as every wedding is different, you will have more photos than you will know what to do with. Typically between 650-1000 photographs for the full day package.

How will I get my Photographs?

You will receive your photos via a password protected online gallery where you can download your photographs in web size and hi-resolution. You are welcome to print and share freely, but you do have the option to print via the gallery and through my professional printing service.

When can I expect to see my photographs?

I always say up to 12 weeks. It is often sooner than this but I want to ensure I have taken my time in editing your photos to a high. I do not currently offer a sneak peek as I want to take my time to edit your photographs, and feel receiving the gallery in its entirety has a bigger impact!
